1) Who we are

CyberOpSource.tools provides privacy-first, client-side utilities intended to help users transform, inspect, and sanitize data locally.

2) Use of the Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access the Service using methods other than the interface we provide.

• No unlawful use, including violating privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights.
• No attempts to break or bypass security controls, rate limits, or hosting protections.
• No uploading or distributing malware, exploits, or harmful code via the Service.

3) Local processing and your responsibility

Many tools are designed to run in your browser. You are responsible for how you use the outputs and what you choose to share. Always review sanitized content before sending it to third parties.

4) Content and intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, and code (excluding any third-party libraries), may be protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or resell the Service or its content except where explicitly permitted (for example, via an open-source license in a public repository, if provided).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyber Op Source and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cyber Op Source from and against any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or used the Service unlawfully.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Cyber Op Source operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. (If you want this to be specific, replace this section with your state/country.)
